Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping Rates vary. 

How do I return an item?

Items can be returned via any carrier the customer uses. All shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

What is your returns policy?

There is no return on HANDMADE or CUSTOM items. If there are damages to the merchandise upon arrival, returns are permissible. Other purchases may be returned and evaluated in a case-by-case situation. Send me an email to discuss the issue. The customer will be responsible for shipping. 

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent with a tracking number when an item is shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, use this tracking number to track your order. If you have not received your order past the confirmation date, don't hesitate to get in touch with the carrier and contact us via our contact form or email. 

How can I contact your couriers?

You will be able to contact the couriers by using the tracking number provided.

What are your delivery options?

Bag Crush ships through USPS for packages in the United States. Fed Ex or DHL for International Shipping.
